Where Critical Care and EM Intersect

For those of us who practice emergency medicine, critical care is a part of our experience every shift. This text is an excellent resource for physicians practicing academic and community medicine. I practice emergency medicine in a community setting where many times we have to do critical care management in the ED (without much back up). This book is a great resource and keeps the critical care relevant to the ED. I have a book for myself and bought one for the department.
