Disappointing

Book seemed great at first, but once you got past the first couple of chapters things didn't work. Combine that with sample code that accompanies this book just doesn't work past chapter 1. Hugely disappointing for what is a quite expensive book.
I contacted the publisher with details but it's been well over a week and they've no responded with anything useful ;(
Shame, as the Aurelia framework looks extremely promising - sadly this book doesn't do it justice.
